Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Azure API Management Service Support SME
In this role you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers business analysts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with development teams to integrate APIs into applications and services.
Maintain Azure APIM gateways and management platforms up & running.
Monitor and analyze API performance and usage metrics to optimize service efficiency.
Ensure the security and compliance of APIs including authentication and authorization protocols.
Provide technical support and documentation for API usage and best practices.
Develop and enforce policies and protocols for API access and usage to maintain security and compliance.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
BE/ B Tech/ MCA
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proficient in API design and management tools (Azure API Management Service)
Strong understanding of security protocols and standards such as OAuth JWT and SSL/TLS.
Hands-On experience of integrating APIs with APIM service using Azure DevOps tool.
Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
Strong understanding of security protocols and standards such as OAuth JWT and SSL/TLS.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot API issues
