Job Description

Description of the role:

Generations Home Care - Spokane is looking for compassionate and dedicated In-home Caregivers to provide quality care to our clients in Wenatchee WA. As an In-home Caregiver you will assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals in need.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and toileting

- Providing medication reminders

- Preparing and serving meals

- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

- Prior experience in caregiving preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour paid bi-weekly DOE
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Ongoing training and support
  • Extra pay for working short shifts 2-3 hour shift pays $4.00 more per hour
  • Work a 1-hour shift and get paid $40.00 for that hour
  • Staff appreciation drawings
  • Vacation and sick pay
