Job Description
As a Hospitality Champion youll be a key representative of Chick-fil-A in Chicago Ridge. Were looking for individuals who embody our core values and are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Role Description:
People/Hospitality:
- Provide 2nd Mile Service creating personalized and memorable experiences.
- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment for both guests and team members.
- Display the Chick-fil-A Core 4: create eye contact smile speak enthusiastically and stay connected.
Safety/Quality:
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area ensuring a safe and pleasantenvironment.
- Positively and accurately process orders and handle payments adhering to established procedures.
- Maintain food safety standards.
Stewardship:
- Manage time and resources effectively during high-volume periods.
- Contribute to a smooth workflow by fulfilling roles both inside and outside
- Clearly communicate needs and goals to team members and leaders.
Skill Development:
- Participate in training programs to enhance your hospitality and service skills.
- Explore opportunities for career advancement within Chick-fil-A.
- Receive and implement feedback for growth.
