Due to continued growth at our Cairns clinic were excited to welcome a newOccupational Health Nurse to our team. This is a full-time position but were open to flexibility whether youre looking for four days a week or school hours over five days were happy to find a schedule that works for you.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding role with genuine work/life balance. In this role youll be an integral part of our friendly and supportive team conducting pre-employment medicals and contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting Pre-Employment Periodic and Health Surveillance Medical assessments.
• Performing Urine and Saliva Drug and Alcohol Testing
• Collecting Blood Serology and Pathology samples.
• Conducting Neurological Skin Respiratory and Cardiovascular Medical Assessments.
• AdministeringImmunisations(if registered).
• Participating in occasional project work at client sites such as Drug & Alcohol testing which may require early starts at 6 AM with an early finish.

• Client-Specific Work: Occasionally there will be project work outside regular hours. For example the team might perform drug and alcohol tests for a client requiring an early start at 6 AM. While such projects are not frequent they provide variety and are compensated either with additional pay or adjusted hours.

Is This Role Right for You

• Youre a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (essential).
• You have experience in Occupational Health ED or clinical nursing.
• You excel at building rapport and strong relationships.

• You hold a current Drivers Licence and have reliable transport.
