Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters including:
- Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties
- Real estate joint ventures and development projects
- Mortgage and mezzanine financing
- Drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents

Candidate Requirements:
- J.D. from a top-tier law school with a record of academic excellence
- 26 years of relevant real estate experience (Class of)

- Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines with minimal supervision
