Job Description

As an Electronics Assembler at Microwave Products Group Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester OH you will support the military community by being responsible for the basic assembly of the standard and volume-based products.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Solder various electronic components wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations
- Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes
- Incorporation of engineering change to new and existing products at board level
- Record activity into a database
- Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 is required
- Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 certification is required
- Basic mechanical skills
- Basic computer skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to interface effectively with internal customers
- Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization
Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
- 2 years soldering experience preferred
- 2 years related defense manufacturing experience preferred
- IPC-610 certification preferred

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
