Summary
Bell Media is seeking a highly organized individual with great attention to detail and a love of television to join the programming team.
Key Responsibilities
- Episodic Scheduling for USA Network Oxygen True Crime CTV Nature CTV Wild and CTV Speed
- Advising program changes as outlined by strategy team
- Liaising with Operations and traffic teams
- Live programming back up planning
- Coordinating with external contacts to ensure channels are listed correctly
- Metadata entry and episode creations
- Other duties as assigned
Critical Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in television or media or a relevant field or equivalent education and experience
- Must be have a keen attention to detail
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs i.e. Excel and Word
- Ability to work well under pressure possess excellent time management skills be a self-starter multi-task and meet assigned deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IBMS an asset
