Job Description

What You Can Expect

As our Operations Data Analytics Analyst II you will support and enhance operational performance by delivering data-driven insights and developing tools to monitor key business processes. In this role youll collaborate with teams across Operations including Customer Care Collections and Revenue Management as well as partner with departments such as Sales and Pricing to analyze performance trends track metrics and inform strategic decisions. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of performance reporting tools and dashboards while conducting analyses that drive process improvements and enhance customer outcomes. Additionally youll play a key role in company-wide reporting efforts by translating complex data into clear actionable insights that support business objectives.

This position is based in Houston TX and reports to the Senior Advisor Operations Data Analytics.

What Youll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelors degree requiredBusiness Economics Finance Math or Engineering
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a business or operations-focused data role is required. Alternatively we will consider candidates with at least five (5) years of relevant experience where you gained hands-on skills in data analysis reporting and process improvement within a business or operational setting
  • You have a Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance Math Engineering or a related field along with at least two years of experience in a business or operations-focused data role
  • You are analytically minded with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to solve business problems using data
  • You are proficient in SQL (T-SQL or PL-SQL preferred) and experienced with relational databases Excel (including Power Query and Pivot Tables) and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • You are knowledgeable in presenting data clearly using PowerPoint and communicating insights in a professional and engaging manner
  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks work independently and collaborate effectively with a strong interest in growing within the energy and data analytics space

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy three (3) days in office
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Salary Range: $55300 $84755 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal state and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography experience education internal pay alignment or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
