Marketing Coordinator (Virtual, Full-time)

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will assist with executing marketing initiatives and provide daily support to the marketing team. This position drafts marketing copy for email social media and the website. This role will also assist in executing campaigns through HubSpot and other marketing tools and help with various marketing research projects. It reports to the Content Manager/Strategist.

As a Marketing Coordinator youll be responsible for the following:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels such as email social media and website.
• Write edit and proofread marketing materials including social media posts website copy and promotional emails.
• Use HubSpot to build and execute email campaigns manage the lead database and monitor campaign success.
• Use SEO best practices to assist in creating and managing landing pages and blog copy through CraftCMS and HubSpot.
• Conduct market research analyze customer data and identify target audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance track sales data and generate reports for marketing managers.
• Work with other marketing team members sales teams and external vendors.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and managing project tasks.
• May assist with the shipping and monitoring of trade show materials or other marketing event support as needed.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Heres what youll need to be successful in this role:

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience;
• 1-3 years B2B marketing experience;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail;
• Experience working with HubSpot or other marketing automation systems;
• Experience working with CraftCMS or other web content management systems;
• Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment;
• Capable and motivated to work from home;
• Ability to maintain a quiet and appropriate work environment free of distractions during the workday
• Teamwork Able to thrive in a dynamic collaborative and open team environment;
• Travel may be required from time to time.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and video editing software is a bonus.

Work Environment and Company Benefits:

This is a virtual full-time position. You will work remotely from your home office and occasional travel may be required for meetings trade shows and training.

Salary:

The salary range listed reflects the total on target earnings for this position (base salary plus bonus).
