Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Equinox Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

Hotel General Manager Four Points San Rafael (An Equinox Property Transitioning to Marriott Tribute) San Rafael CA

Were looking for a dynamic hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead the transformation of the Four Points San Rafael an Equinox Hospitality property currently undergoing an exciting transition to become part of the Marriott Tribute Portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader to make their mark during a pivotal moment in the propertys evolution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment inspires teams and delivers consistently exceptional guest experiencesall while driving performance across departments.

What Youll Be Responsible For: Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest satisfaction goals Lead strategic marketing and advertising initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue Foster strong relationships with local businesses tourism groups and the broader community Ensure accurate inventory and financial controls record-keeping and adherence to budget Hire develop and motivate a high-performing team cultivating a culture of accountability and growth Serve as the point of escalation for guest concerns employee relations and property issues Be available for emergency or after-hours needs as part of on-call responsibilities Ensure full compliance with all local state and federal laws and brand safety protocols Submit timely and accurate reports on revenue expenses staffing and overall operations

What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a General Manager in a hotel environment Natural leadership abilities with a collaborative and decisive management style Strong organization and communication skills with keen attention to detail Hands-on solutions-driven approach with the ability to work independently Passion for hospitality and consistently delivering outstanding guest service Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
