POSITION Print Production Technician / Warehouse
JOB LOCATION Jackson WI
STARTING DATE Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp-to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift (8:00a- 4:30p)
STARTING PAY $24
REQUIRED EDUCATION High School diploma or equivalent is required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE At least 2 years of printing experience
Production Technician Responsibilities
Operate Boss Laser for job production
Operate Buffing Wheel to process finished goods
Operate Roland Flatbed Printer for job production
Maintain Equipment for reliability and Efficiency
Maintain Quality Control during production process
Read schematics and understand diagrams
Understanding of the use of tools and test equipment
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow Work Orders and Direction
Follow Standard Operating Procedures
Strong Technical and Math skills
Keep a clean and safe work areas
Other duties as specified
Warehouse Distribution Responsibilities
Forklift Experience
Receive and check incoming pick tickets
Locate products using Location item number and description fields on printed orders
Retrieve orders according to quantity lot no. serial no. size etc.
Package orders per sales shipment instruction.
Build pallet orders band and wrap to position them for loading docks
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (order date load pack wrap label ship)
Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
Keep records of completed orders
Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick unload label store)
Perform cycle count of inventory accurately and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
