Description

Director Inside Sales and Development

As the Director Inside Sales and Development at Omnicell youll play a pivotal role in leading and rebuilding our Inside Sales function to drive growth across our innovative Medication Management portfolio. This is a transformational leadership opportunity to rebuild and scale a high-impact Inside Sales and Development function at a pivotal moment in Omnicells growth. Youll lead a dynamic team of 16-20 Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) with a focus on coaching development and fostering a high-performance culture. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Sales youll be instrumental in scaling the Inside Sales team optimizing processes and driving revenue growth as we continue to lead the way in medication management solutions.

What Youll Do:
  • Rebuild and Scale: Lead the transformation and scaling of our Inside Sales organization developing a world-class team that supports Omnicells growth trajectory.
  • Coach and Develop: Create a culture of continuous coaching and development investing in your teams skills career growth and personal success.
  • Drive Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive inside sales strategies to drive pipeline growth bookings attainment and market penetration.
  • Collaborate for Success: Align with Field Sales Marketing Professional Services Service Enablement and other key partners to ensure a unified approach that delivers results and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Engage Customers: Support ISRs in high-value customer interactions providing guidance and expertise to negotiate complex deals and close business.
  • Optimize Performance: Oversee sales forecasting pipeline management and performance metrics ensuring accountability and predictability in revenue outcomes.
  • Champion Culture: Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and inclusivity that reflects Omnicells values and mission.
  • Resolve and Improve: Collaborate across departments to resolve customer and operational challenges driving continuous improvement in processes and solutions.
  • Enhance Selling Capabilities: Partner with Sales Training to develop and deliver programs that elevate team capabilities and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 3 years of sales leadership or management experience within an inside sales or business development setting preferably in healthcare or medical device environments. OR 5 years of field sales experience in healthcare or medical device environments.
  • Proven ability to recruit train motivate and lead high-performing inside sales teams.
  • Experience selling solutions within the healthcare space with a preference for experience in medication management or related areas.
