About the Role:

We are seeking an expert-level ELV/ELV Senior Engineer (BMS Systems) with extensive experience in building management systems. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of various electronic low voltage systems and proven expertise in BMS architecture programming and integration.

What this job involves:

• Design implement and maintain ELV systems including BMS IC3 UDC ACS PA Intercom and Structured Cabling

• Develop and configure BMS system architecture perform DDC programming and implement integration protocols (BACnet/Modbus)

• Create and optimize HVAC control logic to ensure efficient building operations

• Conduct testing commissioning troubleshooting and system optimization

• Configure and maintain SCADA interfaces graphical configurations and manage trend/alarm systems

• Integrate BMS with fire alarms lighting systems energy meters and other building systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations

• Provide technical guidance and support for complex system issues

• Document system configurations modifications and maintenance activities

Desired skills and experiences:

• 13 years of hands-on experience in similar ELV/BMS specialist roles

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical Mechatronics or Control Engineering

• OEM Certifications (Honeywell EBI Siemens Desigo Tridium Niagara etc.)

• Experience with Digital Twin technology IoT integration or smart building platforms

• Knowledge of energy management systems and sustainability initiatives

• Deep understanding of BMS architecture including controllers sensors field devices and integration layers

Core Competencies:

• Expertise in HVAC control and optimization via BMS for energy efficiency and performance

• Strong experience with system integration protocols (BACnet Modbus LonWorks KNX)

• Proficiency in programming and configuring DDC/PLC controllers using OEM software tools

• Experience with major OEM platforms such as Honeywell Schneider Siemens or Tridium Niagara

• Ability to design configure and maintain HMI/SCADA graphical user interfaces

• Demonstrated competency in configuring alarm logs fault diagnostics and trend analysis

• Knowledge of BMS security protocols and cybersecurity best practices

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for system issues

• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills for technical reporting and cross-team collaboration
