Job Description
As a Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
Be involved in the financial metrics.
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen.
Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
Adherence to SLAs experience in incident management change management and problem management.
Develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects.
Train coach and supervise staff to recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
Continue to develop internal relationships and the PwC brand.
Build a strong team environment that includes client interactions workstream management and cross-team collaboration.
Actively engage in cross competency work and contribute to COE activities.
Demonstrating project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being detail oriented.

10 16 year of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applicationsspecifically specialized in any Three of the below modules

OM
Inventory Macf t6nagement
Maintenance
Manufacturing
WMS
TPM
Should have completed at least THREE Full lifecycle ERP Projects / Delivery Management experience from requirement development / definition to functional solution design implementation (Convert Integrate and Extend) System Testing UAT PROD Cut-Over Go-Live and service management
Project Management experience in a consulting / IT Services environment
Sound knowledge of upgradation lift and shift and support projects experience in Oracle EBS / Fusion
Strong experience in implementation and support of Oracle Cloud / Fusion Procurement & SCM and financial modules
Good understanding of Industry Solutions and implementation aspects of engagement integrated software solutions within constraints like Time Budget
Effectively communicate with various stakeholders and actively participate in practice / business development activities
Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence
Solid understanding of Enterprise Structures and ability to guide the team where necessary
High level knowledge of end-to-end integration of SCM Modules with other modules like Projects Financial & HCM
Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLAs and KPIs
Strong communication presentation analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong people and team management experience
Act as domain expert on Projects and provide coaching mentoring guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members
Preferred Skills:
Good to have HCM/Finance and other related certifications
Knowledge on using automated processes for configuration and data migration would be an added advantage.

It will also be key to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective but also a relationship perspective.
