Night Porter Wanted Vineyard Hotel at Leonardslee Wine Estate & Mannings Heath Golf & Wine Estate
Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality and attention to detail Were looking for a dedicatedNight Porter to join our team across the luxurious Vineyard Hotel at Leonardslee Wine Estate and Mannings Heath Golf.
With our boutique hotel now fully operational we need someone dependable and guest-focused to help ensure exceptional service and security during nighttime hours.
Position: Night Porter
Location: Vineyard Hotel - Leonardslee Wine Estate & Mannings Heath Golf
Schedule: 4 Nights On / 3 Nights Off 8:30 PM 8:30 AM
What Youll Be Doing:
- Ensuring the safety and security of the estates and their guests during the night
- Handling late-night check-ins and early departures
- Responding promptly to guest requests and enquiries
- Keeping public areas clean tidy and welcoming overnight
- Manning the bar/kitchen for any late-night service requirements
Shift Pattern:
- 4 nights on 3 nights off
- 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM
- Alternating schedule shared with another Night Porter
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- A calm confident and professional manner
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- High standards of cleanliness and guest care
