An opportunity has arisen to lead our Customer Experience Team as theCustomer Experience Managerby creating outstanding customer journeys at ourParramatta dealership.
In this dynamic role youll support the Retail Centre Manager by leading mentoring and guiding the team to meet performance goals ensuring seamless customer interactions and a flexible sales process.
You will:
- Leadmentor and inspire the Customer Experience Team to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage sales processes including finance and insurance (F&I).
- Resolve escalations and manage customer data in Salesforce and DMS.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
You will have:
- Proven experience in customer-facing sales and team leadership.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Automotive industry and F&I experience (desirable).
- Familiarity with Salesforce (desirable) and a valid drivers license.
