Shared Imaging is currently looking to hire a Full Time Float Imaging Technologist Aide in the Los Angeles CA area!
Work Schedule:
- 3 12-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts
- Availability for other days as needed
- Must be willing to travel to all locations listed (please see below)

The ideal candidate must possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent - required
- CPR/BLS Certification (via American Heart Association) - required
- LA Fire card - required
- Certified Medical Assistant - preferred
- Anatomy and physiology understanding - preferred
- Patient care experience strongly - preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
- Hard working detail-oriented and committed to outstanding patient care
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Travel may be required travel allowance is offered
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and directing patients
- Confirming and registering patients
- Verifying all necessary information is available for the test
- Greeting and directing patients

- Ability to walk to and from hospital and trailer as needed
- Assist patients in and out of the trailer
- Ability to push wheelchairs gurneys and stretchers
- Assist technologist with positioning patient and assisting them on and off the scanning table
- Assist in setting up MRI or PET/CT scanning rooms
- Stocking and maintaining patient dressing rooms scan rooms and control areas
- Ordering supplies
- Other responsibilities as directed

The hourly range for this role is $24/hr. to $25/hr. with daily guaranteed overtime (12 hour shifts) however base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region internal equity job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for a performance-based merit increase annually. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
