We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers to join our Inside Sales team as Business Development Executives. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales communication and building client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns to generate leads
Nurture prospects through the sales pipeline and schedule a client meeting
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity using tools such as HubSpot Sales Navigator and other CRM/automation platforms
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to provide feedback and optimise campaigns
Required Skills and Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening skills to understand and address customer needs
Resilience to handle rejections positively and maintain motivation
Good time management with the ability to meet daily calling targets
Willingness to learn and utilise sales tools like HubSpot and Sales Navigator
Receptive to feedback and capable of adapting quickly
Educational Qualifications: MBA - Marketing
