About the role
This role is responsible for the development of high-level internal and external communications that promote a positive image of both Carpentaria and Harrys Place through a range of social and other media content to promote community engagement. Working collaboratively this diverse role includes planning and organising internal and external communications organising events and providing a range of administrative support where required.

About you
You are a skilled Media and Communications professional with a Certificate IV in marketing or communications or equivalent experience. You thrive in fast-paced settings and have the ability to tell engaging stories through a variety of formats. You excel at managing social media platforms with expertise in creating and editing short-form videos and photography. You have a proven ability to plan and coordinate events.
Your strong written and verbal communication skills allow you to easily connect with diverse stakeholders and your exceptional interpersonal skills allow you to build strong relationships with a wide range of people. You have excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to work effectively independently or in a team. You can also handle multiple priorities under pressure are self-motivated and target-driven.
You will also need to hold (or have the ability to obtain) a current Ochre Card Criminal History Check NDIS Worker Screening Clearance evidence of Australian work rights and an NT DriversLicence.
