Role Name: Executive Assistant to Talent Manager
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM 1 hour unpaid break

This is an exciting opportunity to serve as an Executive Assistant to a Talent Manager while playing a crucial role in business development and revenue generation. Youll be at the forefront of the influencer marketing industry conducting strategic outreach to premium brands and negotiating partnership deals that can reach thousands of dollars in value. This role combines traditional executive assistant responsibilities with dynamic sales activities offering the unique opportunity to directly impact the agencys growth while developing valuable skills in business development relationship management and client services. Youll work with cutting-edge tools and established processes while having the autonomy to customize your approach for maximum effectiveness. The position offers performance-based incentives in addition to competitive hourly compensation with clear pathways for professional growth as the agency scales.
Conduct targeted daily outreach to prospective brands that align with talent profiles sending approximately 20 personalized emails per day to secure premium partnership opportunities
Negotiate partnership rates and deal terms with major brands using established rate cards and guidelines with average deals valued at $3000
Create and send compelling media kits and promotional materials to potential brand partners using provided tools and templates
Customize outreach email templates based on specific brands and industries adapting messaging for different sectors like fashion beverages adventure sports and lifestyle brands
Manage strategic follow-up communications with prospects using proven templated responses to maximize conversion rates
Coordinate complex scheduling between brands talent managers and high-profile talent managing multiple calendars to facilitate important partnership meetings
Maintain and update CRM system () with detailed prospect information deal progress and performance metrics
Serve as the professional interface between brands and talent managers for initial communications and relationship building
Handle email communications independently while forwarding phone calls to talent manager as needed
Provide comprehensive administrative support for day-to-day talent management operations
Track and analyze outreach metrics and partnership success rates to optimize performance
Proven executive assistant experience with demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent written communication skills with ability to customize templated content and maintain professional personable tone
Experience with CRM systems and advanced calendar management tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple talent schedules and brand relationships
Basic negotiation skills and comfort discussing rates and partnership terms with major brands
Ability to meet ambitious performance targets (minimum 8 partnership deals per month from outreach efforts)
Professional demeanor suitable for representing a premium talent management agency to external brands
Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously while maintaining consistent communication with team
Adaptability to work in fast-paced entertainment and influencer marketing environment
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality when working with high-profile talent and sensitive business information
