Their unique strategy is more about creating an integrated experience to better serve customers needs through digital transformation that enables them to shop across any channel anytime anywhere. As a Business Analyst Continuous Improvement (CI) within the Customer Care and Marketing (CI-CCM) business unit you are the bridge between business and IT. You will be focused on working in highly dynamic teams on key continuous improvement projects. You will be translating the wishes of stakeholders into clear functional requirements and monitor the quality of technical solutions. Through your broad view and critical questions you help realize valuable improvements in a rapidly changing environment. These small teams are integral to the business remaining ahead of competitors.
The role focuses on improving existing processes and systems with short lead times and a lot of variety in the Customer Care domain. You will work on modern systems such as AI chatbots and ticketing tools to continuously improve our customer service. In Marketing you focus on automated content creation which helps you manage promotions and publications more efficiently and reliably.
Core responsibilities:
Translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories.
Documenting and securing requirements on continuous improvement projects
Monitoring the quality of solutions and challenging technical proposals.
Facilitating workshops and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Analysing impact supervising implementations and guaranteeing quality.
Requirements
You have at least a completed HBO education preferably at the intersection of Business and IT.
You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
You are analytically strong: you can approach issues from different angles and you easily make connections to which you know how to monitor the objectives of the organization.
You are communicative and able to build bridges between business and IT with attention to promoting collaboration.
Nice to have - Do you have knowledge of CRM systems or marketing solutions or Customer care experience
Requirements
