Job Description
We re seeking an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to join our growing team of outreach professionals. In this role youll represent meaningful causes build relationships and help drive awareness and support for key nonprofit and social impact campaigns.
This is an ideal position for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch a career in community relations public outreach nonprofit development or grassroots advocacy.
Represent nonprofit organizations and community programs at local outreach events
Engage directly with the public to raise awareness answer questions and encourage involvement
Deliver clear and compelling messaging about the mission goals and impact of partner organizations
Maintain accurate records of community interactions and donor contributions
Help plan and coordinate community outreach events and fundraising efforts
Collaborate with outreach and marketing teams to improve engagement strategies
Serve as a positive ambassador for both the organization and its campaigns
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for community engagement advocacy or social impact work
Comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
Flexible schedule; must be available for some evenings and weekends for events
Previous volunteer or community service experience is a plus (but not required)
