Job Description
Production Assembler
The production assembler is an entry level position in our production group the team member will work in a shop environment assisting our production team with general assembly tasks.
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Use tools to make or repair parts and products.
- Interpret technical documents such as bill of materials or other verbal or written instructions.
- Work with other members of the line or group in order to assemble products.
- Prepare materials for assemble: Deburring metal brackets assembling metal brackets cut sand & paint wood.
- Count and kit parts
- Keep a clean and tidy workspace.
- Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry.
- Identify any defective items and handle them according to established procedures.
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise.
We are looking to start pay between $17.00-$18.00 based on the candidate s qualifications and past experience.
Starting Pay: $TBD/hour 40 Hours a week
Hours: 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday Friday
Requirements
Assembler Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good communication skills: can understand directions and instructions related to the position
- Skilled in mechanics operating hand drills drill press table saws & grinders.
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Must have good eyesight including depth perception peripheral vision and ability to differentiate between colors.
- Applicants require enough mobility to perform moderate or light lifting between 5-25 lbs. daily
Assembler Requirements: A High School Diploma or GED. Attention to detail. Excellent hand-eye coordination.
