Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring an Staff Nurse - Operating Theatre (Recovery) for our Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Identifying the requirements of patients upon admission by applying evaluation methods and skills.
- Accurately and completely recording nursing admission assessments.
- Continue to evaluate the patients condition.
- Clearly state which patient issues will require nursing care.
- Create and record a care plan based on best practices and the needs of the patient.
- Revise the computerized or printed care plan.
- Create individualized and suitable patient education and discharge plans and make use of the wards resources.
- In line with the patient care plan cooperate with other members of the healthcare team within the designated clinical area.
- Establish discharge standards as soon as the patient is admitted.
- Make time in your job schedule for meetings training etc.
Requirements
- Registered with the NMBIs general division
- At least three years of theater recovery experience
- Proof of individual professional growth
- Continuous skill development that is pertinent to the care needed for the patient caseload
