Job Title: Assembler/Helper
Location: Oklahoma City OK 73118
Start Date: Tuesday June 10th
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is currently hiring a dedicated Assembler/Helper for a steel manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. This is a physically demanding hands-on role that supports assembly operations and general shop duties.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly of steel parts and materials
Load and unload steel pipes screws and other components onto carts for production use
Perform general labor duties including shop cleanup and basic maintenance
Support team lifting efforts (up to 75 lbs) as needed
Requirements
Must be reliable punctual and committed to daily attendance
Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs with team assistance
No smoking or vaping permitted on-site
Must pass a 5-panel drug screen
Clean Oklahoma background required no violent or theft-related charges
