Job Title: Fitter Welder
Pay: $21$26/hour (Based on Experience)
Hours: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 3:30 PM
Job Type: Welding
Location: Tulsa OK
Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Structural Steel Fitter Welder to join our team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will be experienced in blueprint reading fitting structural components and performing high-quality welds using MIG and/or Flux Core welding processes. This role plays a key part in the fabrication and assembly of steel structures.
Weld Test Requirement
- 3G MIG/Flux Core on 3/8 thick plate 8 length with runoff tabs
Key Qualifications
- Must be coachable willing to learn and maintain a positive attitude
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Skilled in fitting and welding structural steel components
- Strong focus on safety accuracy and quality workmanship
