Job Description

Berman Subaru is looking to add an experienced Sales/Product Specialist to the team! 

Position:
 Automotive Sales/Product Specialist
Location: Berman Subaru of Chicago (60641) 
Pay: $41600-$150000 Annually (Includes a Base Salary!)
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Saturday (Sundays and one weekday off)

Working Hours:

  • 1 Day: 9AM - 3PM
  • 2 Days: 9AM - 8PM
  • 1 Day: 12PM - 8PM
  • Saturdays: 9AM - 6PM

Our Sales/Product Specialists assist our customers in their car buying journey. From the initial point of contact to the time they drive off the lot with their new vehicle - our goal is to ensure the customer has the information they need to have an enjoyable and easy car buying experience! 

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with the customers via phone email text or in-person to determine where the customers are in their buying journey and any additional information they need to complete the purchase
  • Completing product demonstrations
  • Working with inventory and the acquisition team to uncover the market value of the customers trade appraisal
  • Determining and explaining purchase terms to customers- price of vehicle payments length of loan
  • Staying in contact with customers youve met to ensure their questions are answered and they had a great experience

 


    Qualifications :

    • You have previous experience in automotive sales
    • You like interacting with people and enjoy explaining details in a non-threatening way
    • You enjoy problem solving under pressure and have shown an ability to remain calm courteous and professional during times of high stress
    • You value being in a sales role with a strong emphasis on the customer experience
    • Cars people and competition gets you excited!
    • Must have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record. (3 year minimum)
