To strategically lead the origination development and retention of a robust portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise clients across the Northern Zone. This role demands a commercially astute and technically competent banker who can unlock revenue growth across multiple leversasset generation liability acquisition and deepening of non-funded income. The incumbent must exhibit strong credit acumen a consultative sales approach and regional market fluency to grow share of wallet and contribute to the broader BCB strategy.

- Bachelors Degree in Banking Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or professional qualification (e.g. CFA ACCA CPA) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Relationship Management within the banking sector with demonstrable performance in asset growth client acquisition and revenue delivery.
- Exposure to structured and syndicated lending trade finance and treasury solutions.
- Deep understanding of credit policy financial analysis sector risk dynamics and deal structuring.
