To solution for and manage product changes that are technology or operational in nature by collaborating with Information Technology (IT) Operations and the Transaction Products and Services (TPS) Product managers. To deliver Product changes within agreed project timelines and budget and to enable the changes within the organisation and with clients.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Economic Finance or related
- CIMA/CFA will be added advantage
Additional Information :
Experience:
- 5 years experience in Transaction Banking motivating credit applications and assigned solutioning area and a basic understanding of the CIB business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Product Manager to create the annual Collections or Product Enablement Plans with quarterly deliverables and manage trade-offs over the course of the fiscal year.
- Advocate the business case for product changes to relevant forums in partnership with the Product Manager to obtain approval sponsorship and investment to implement product changes.
- Negotiate priority of product changes within relevant technology forums and other internal stakeholders to implement required changes within project timelines quality and budget.
- Assess client requirements and collaborate with Product Managers to prioritise and develop a business case for product development initiatives to optimise client utilisation of products targets and client franchise performance.
- Manage the product change throughout the project lifecycle as the product subject matter expert to drive decisions on additions or concessions and verify quality and delivery against requirements to meet project budget quality and delivery timelines
