Job Description
This is Task Force On and Off. 100% Travel Task Force. Up to 8 week rotations. Pay is $1250 Per Week. We pay travel one meal per day and lodging. Must have Banquet Manager Experience. We pay for all Travel Room and Meals.
Hotel Catering Sales Manager Duties
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve catering revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients event planners and other potential customers
- Respond to inquiries provide quotes and negotiate contracts for catering services
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution
- Conduct site visits and tastings for potential clients
- Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market conditions
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase catering services
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Qualifications :
- 2 Years as a Hotel Sales Catering Manager
- Ability to travel extensively
- Pay is $1250 Per Week
