Job Description
Due to unprecedented growth Talent Perth is seeking a confident articulate service orientated Recruitment Consultant to join its high performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Being involved in finding attracting and qualifying candidates using our candidate database (Bullhorn) plus LinkedIn SEEK and other social media tools.
- Advertising job opportunities
- Phone screening candidates and/or Interviewing candidates face-to-face
- Performing in-depth Reference Checks
- Liaising with candidates and clients during the placement process
Qualifications :
- A can do attitude and desire to win
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written and ability to adapt your language according to conversation.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- A positive and collaborative team player approach to work.
- Awesome customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deal with ambiguity
- A fantastic phone manner. First impressions count!
- An outcome orientation. Previous sales/service experience helps
