Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical QA Analyst to join our Boston studio team working on Cyberpunk 2 the next game in the Cyberpunk franchise. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and stability of our games and we are looking for candidates with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of QA methodologies and tools. Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing and verification of new game and engine features including performance and stability checks across different platforms.
- Develop execute and optimize advanced test cases test suites and test plans both automated and manual to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with programmers technical artists and other stakeholders to identify document and resolve bugs ensuring high-quality output.
- Analyze test results identify root causes of issues and provide actionable insights to improve the quality of the game.
- Participate actively in risk assessments strategy development and process improvements within the QA domain adapting to changing priorities and project needs.
- Create and refine reports using data and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) to provide in-depth status updates and highlight trends that influence project decisions.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Tech QA Analyst or in a similar role with at least 3 years of experience for Specialist and 5 years for Senior.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (e.g. Unreal Unity Godot REDkit).
- Ability to develop complex test strategies that encompass integration stress and performance testing.
- Experience in using testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think systematically to drive quality improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and test reports.
- A passion for gaming.

Experience in programming preferably in C and/or Python.

This job requires working in Boston US.
