Job Description

Were seeking a strategic and execution-driven professional to lead the development of community-based sales and outreach networks at Deposits development team.

This role is critical to expanding our reach among high-potential underpenetrated customer segments including diaspora non-residents and regional communities by identifying designing and managing alternative outreach strategies that go beyond traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a scalable network strategy to support outreach and growth among key customer groups
  • Identify and develop local influencers brand ambassadors or micro-partners who can help extend product awareness and trust
  • Collaborate with product marketing compliance and regional teams to build end-to-end engagement journeys
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various community-led outreach models and optimize based on data and feedback
  • Develop onboarding enablement and performance monitoring frameworks for partner network participants
  • Ensure activities comply with legal risk and regulatory standards while supporting innovation in outreach
  • Partner with analytics teams to continuously assess the impact of the network on deposit growth and customer acquisition KPIs

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

  • 4 years of experience in business development partnerships channel strategy or network-led sales
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Experience working in financial services fintech telecom or platforms with distributed user acquisition strategies is a plus
  • A creative thinker who can identify non-traditional growth levers and turn them into structured programs
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
