Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hygiene Supervisor (days) to join our team in Cleckheaton. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hygiene operations during the day shift ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Standards and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to customer policies industry codes of practice and external certifications while spearheading hygiene schedules and procedures.
Quality Systems and KPIs: Drive accountability through effective measurement and reporting against key performance indicators evolving our hygiene procedures in line with industry advances.
Customer Focus: Collaborate closely with our Technical and QA teams to ensure seamless hygiene-related activities during customer visits and audits ensuring a stellar outcome every time.
Learning and Development: Take pride in nurturing talent within our team identifying training needs and crafting development programs to elevate skills and capabilities.
Qualifications :
Experience and Qualifications
- Intermediate Food Hygiene
- Working at Height
- COSHH
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
