Job Description
Pay Range $20.00 to $21.00
We are seeking a dynamic Forklift Material Handler to join our Riverside team.
- Participate in the Sika SAFE Program ensuring compliance with safety policies and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Operate forklifts to handle inbound materials raw materials and finished products.
- Manage inventory including counting examining and verifying materials against documents.
- Perform cycle counts and other inventory-related tasks as required.
- Contribute to cultural initiatives emphasizing safety teamwork and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assist in other duties as directed by leadership.
Qualifications :
- 3 years experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in English (reading writing speaking and comprehension)
- Strong math skills including work with fractions decimals and percentages
- Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment as trained
- Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as required
- Self-motivated with excellent attendance and interpersonal skills
