Job Description
Position Title: Associate Product Owner
Experience Required: 3 to 4 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Reporting To: Senior Product Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Product Owner with 34 years of experience in product lifecycle management requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires a Product Ownership ideal for candidates who thrive in cross-functional teams and are passionate about translating business needs into functional product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership
- Collaborate with Product Manager / Developers / Clients to define and refine product vision and roadmap.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Write clear concise and detailed user stories acceptance criteria and epics.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of features and enhancements.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Present updates roadmaps and business cases to internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate backlog grooming sprint planning and review sessions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Gather analyse and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into user stories.
- Support UAT planning Support Test Case execution along with QA.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps etc.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Creation of Wireframes
Educational Background:
- Degree in Business IT / Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related field
Qualifications :
- Graduate Degree in Business IT / Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related field
