An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and respected independent estate agency based in Sherborne.
This role is ideal for a proactive personable professional with a background in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Handling maintenance issues and coordinating with contractors
- Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve issues
- Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation
- Supporting the wider lettings team as needed
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in residential Property Management
- ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Strong understanding of lettings processes and legislation
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Friendly professional approach to customer service
- Great telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload under pressure
- Full UK driving licence essential
