Nursery Manager / Salary: Up to 40000

Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate leader to join their exceptional team in a charming well-loved nursery environment.


Our client is seeking a confident and caring Nursery Manager to lead a welcoming and vibrant early years setting. Nestled in a picturesque location with a stunning outdoor garden the nursery is a place where children thriveand where staff feel genuinely valued.

The successful candidate will bring vision warmth and strong leadership to the service inspiring a team that puts children at the heart of everything they do. This is a brilliant opportunity for a qualified and experienced early years professional ready to make their mark in a setting that prides itself on quality care and community.

What Were Looking For

  • A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding requirements
  • Strong leadership organisational and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for early years education and child development

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery
  • Ensure high standards of care education and safeguarding in line with the EYFS and Ofsted requirements
  • Support mentor and develop a dedicated staff team
  • Build strong relationships with families staff and external agencies
  • Monitor and evaluate practice to drive continuous improvement
  • Take responsibility for health and safety safeguarding and compliance across the nursery
