We are looking for talented Senior Software Engineer to help us build dunnhumbys next generation applications. We are investing in upgrading our tech stacks to use the cloud such as Azure and Google Cloud. We have started improving our many solutions with newer technology and techniques such core and microservices.
As a senior software engineer with strong experience in C# and Javascript frameworks you will assist in the design development and delivery of robust solutions used everyday by our customers.
What we expect from you
- Strong backend developmentskills withC#/.NET .
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. SQL Server PostgreSQL a plus).
- Solid grasp ofAPI design (REST primarily but understanding of async/pubsub a bonus).
- Frontend proficiency React/TypeScript preferred but general ability to work across full-stack.
- Experience working in modern CI/CD workflows (Git-based automated deployments etc).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (DockerKubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills able to navigate ambiguous issues without hand-holding.
- Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Collaboration and Team Skills
- Proven experience operating as asenior-level contributoron a cross-functional team.
- Able tocollaborate across disciplines product platform architecture not just stay in a code silo.
- Comfortable being a driver at times initiating conversations writing docs leading spikes or solutions.
