Citizens Bank of Kansas a fourth-generation family-owned community bank is looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager/Retail Lender to lead our El Dorado branch. In this vital role youll be responsible for driving growth delivering exceptional service and leading a team that is as passionate about community banking as you are.
Responsibilities include:
- Inspire coach and lead your retail team to achieve branch and bank-wide goals.
- Be a customer service championdeveloping and nurturing lasting client relationships.
- Oversee daily branch operations with a sharp eye for efficiency and compliance.
- Handle complex transactions and resolve customer concerns with confidence and care.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks for the bank and its customers.
- Develop new lending opportunities and build a strong portfolio of local relationships.
- Engage with the community represent the bank and grow your network.
- Collaborate across departments to promote a strong team-first culture.
We are seeking friendly organized self-motivated candidates with:
- 2 years of banking and management experience preferred
- Lending experience and a bachelors degree are a plus
- Strong relationship-building and sales background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven leadership skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- A positive team-oriented attitude
