Now were looking for a dedicated and motivatedPurchasing Agentto join our team and help us deliver excellence to our customers!

The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for:

• Procure inventory products in compliance with established company guidelines and procedures.
• Track and monitor deliveries delays and discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure inventory needs are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records including purchase orders shipping documents and vendor communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned vendors.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree or . in Logistics Purchase and Supply Business Administration or related fields are typically preferred).
• At least two years of experience in a purchasing position preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of purchasing functions inventory and supply management systems.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills a good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain vendor relationships.
• Direct experience with spreadsheet computer applications.
• Ability to use purchasing software.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly adapt often and be flexible.
