The Data Operations Analyst is responsible for the maintaining organizing and reporting of Yardi Voyager 7S data (and its ancillary products). This position provides guidance to Data Operations Analysts and supports the teams performance through mentorship and collaboration. Manages service request queues and identifies trends to propose industry best practices to resolve. Leads research design development and testing of new functionality within project frameworks. Develops and manages standardized application data processes and internal training materials. This position reports to the Yardi Data Operations Lead and may include management of direct reports depending on candidate experience/qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Custom Report Development/Troubleshooting (SQL and YSR)
Lead team members in adhering to company published ITGC Controls/Change Management procedures)
ETL Import/Exports
Updating automatic processes communications like letters or report scheduler exports and creating or updating stored procedures
Property Onboarding/Data Conversion/Ongoing Data Management
Collaborate with external department teams as SME of Yardi Data/Table structure.
Assist with cross-departmental projects as technical resource.
Develop & maintain internal standardized documentation for Yardi data update processes ETL processes approval matrices in compliance with documented company ITGC controls.
Assist with Power BI Administration & Troubleshooting
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of experience with Yardi Voyager 7S
Advanced knowledge of Yardi table structure/schema ETL YSR & SQL report development and troubleshooting.
Prior experience or strong interest in applying data analytics totheindustrial realestateindustry.
Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following:
Python SQL
Data extraction data ingestion and data analysis
MySQL Microsoft SQL Server Excel PowerBI Teams
SQL report development
Ability to develop implement and maintain data management procedures.
Commercial real estate experience preferred. Industrial experience a plus.
Previous experience managing direct reports remote team experience a plus.
Demonstrated leadership & team building abilities experience working with both in-person and remote team members.
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team to find solutions for common or recurring issues.
Displays enthusiasm to broaden skills/experience with existing and new products.
Uses attention to detail to achieve precise results.
Adaptable and flexible when given new responsibilities.
Four-year college degree with a BA or BS in Accounting Business Finance Computer Science or equivalent is preferred. Two-year degree is acceptable with comparable industry experience.
$70000 - $85000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location and experience.
