Job Description
Location: Aurangabad

Reporting to Maintenance Manager BTA-Aurangabad ensuring executing safety related actions and projects Reliability of equipments meeting energy and bold goals Keeping break down and cost in line or better than AOP. Development of talent by mentoring and coaching apart from common goals applicable to plant overall performance.
1. Responsible for reliability of BC Mechanical equipment
2. Ensure all safety standards as per GY requirements.
3. To ensure all statutory compliances falling in preview of business center.
4. Upkeeping of machines to make sure zero breakdown and process conformity.
5. Handling capex related to sustenance.
6. To drive Plant Optimization- Reliability pillar as per guidelines.
7. To coordinate with other department like Production Quality Safety to drive the Plant KPIs.
8. Make sure maintenance cost is within plan
9. Spare parts management ensure inventory as per requirement.
10. Create bench of Indigeneous suppliers in alignment with the global team to reduce the Import content and enhance local know how.
11. Driving of safety aspect related to - WULO Project
12. Drive skill enhancement program for hourly and contractual associates
Reliability:
To maintain upkeeping of machines (Mixing Hot prep) within AOP.
Lead Plant optimization RE pillar and drive of all necessary requisites.
Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance as per plan
Take charge of improvement in Workshop to enhance inhouse capability
Cost Management:
Meet the AOPs cost and make sure all cost saving projects be complied as per expectation.
Spare part management as per inventory norms.
Ensure machine up time to avoid any production losses.
To implement expension/ improvement projects within budgeted cost and timelines
Compliance:
Make sure the compliance part of Engineering scope should be met within required time frame and there should not be any adverse notice/query form any of the Authorities.
