Senior Business Systems Analyst Salesforce / CRM - Healthcare - Remote UK.

This role can be based remotely in the UK and you must have the right to work in the UK. We can not progress with your application if you do not have the required background skills and experience for this role

Meet the team:

This is a fantastic opportunity to have a key role in the IT Commercial and Technical Support team in a rapidly expanding and dynamic company. We support Dexcom teams in Marketing Sales and Customer Support with IT solutions. Become part of a multi-disciplinary team of Business Analysts Architects Developers and partner resources working with colleagues and customers around the globe.

This role will make a significant impact on those solutions and ultimately our customers

Where you come in:

• We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with experience of cross-application implementations for at least two of the following functions: Sales Supply Chain Finance Digital Sales or Web Sales Applications.
• You must be an excellent communicator who is at ease leading requirements / process mapping / process design workshops.
• This experience gained on a CRM (Salesforce) an ERP (Oracle) or E-commerce project. Must be a self-starter with proven 5 years full-time in a BA role with 2 of that as a senior.
• You will support multiple EMEA IT projects and act as project lead for small projects when required.

What makes you successful:

• Significant experience facilitating workshops for business requirements/business process capture to be process design organizational change impact.
• Strong strategic thinking skills; Understands business needs and brings proactive solutions to the team.
• Experience with enterprise-level application development projects and working with multi-discipline globally distributed teams.
• Knowledge of CRM Master Data Management and Order Management System concepts/tools and capabilities.
• Good knowledge of SalesForce systems.
• Know how to customize SalesForce for different countries across EMEA based on regional needs working seamlessly with standard processes.
• Knowledge of integrations with external systems such as: Finance (Oracle) Marketing Tools e-commerce platforms.
• An understanding of OTC related data models and how that data is used.
• Experience of developing a full business analysis model with associated use of tools and templates.
• Experience with Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in conducting Level of Effort analyses bottom-up project planning.
• Ability to handle incidents enhancements and projects in parallel and assist with Testing.
• 5 years of experience in an IT applications Business Analyst role.
• 2 years experience of being a Senior Business Analyst.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Masters degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
