Your Role
- Wound care management including advanced therapies such as Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) and PICC line care
- Continence care
- Rotational support across smaller surrounding community sites
- Prioritising care in a dynamic environment while supporting and delegating within the team

- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Strong clinical skills particularly in wound care
- A passion for providing high-quality care in a community setting
