In this dynamic FP&A role youll develop the financial framework that guides our multi-billion dollar air cargo operations from aircraft networking to hub logistics. Key job responsibilities
- Drive the core financial modeling for the organization including P&L development and Financial Bridging
- Partner with senior business leaders and develop operational metrics and goal setting to help the team improve performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
- Partner and influence the BIE and Finance teams.
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting business economics or a related analytical field (e.g. engineering math computer science)
- 3 years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- MBA or CFA
- 4 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
