Technical Product Support Specialist

What does a successful Technical Product Specialist do at Fiserv

You will play a meaningful role in supporting Fiservs Merchant Solutions gateway products which includes global platforms like Commerce Hub. You will work closely with clients both internal channel partners and external clients. You will troubleshoot configure and resolve inquiries from clients regarding technical issues processing environment software applications and system configurations.

What you will do:

  • Serve as principal point of contact for both external and internal customers regarding training application queries and issues.
  • Perform research and problem diagnostics to determine resolutions to reported problems.
  • Escalate issues to other support teams when necessary.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries related to platforms and services.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and product documentation review.
  • Provide client input to Product Managers Business Analysts and Programmers regarding product features and enhancements.
  • Share knowledge and collaboration by developing content and documentation for distribution to other team members managers and clients.

What you will need to have:

  • High School graduate/GED
  • 1 year of experience in Application Support or Client Implementation position.
  • Basic knowledge of web architectures and API integrations.

What would be great to have:

  • Associates degree in computer science management information systems or business analysis.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry.
  • Exposure or experience in Payment Processing.
  • Experience in Payments or Merchant eCommerce processing.
  • Exposure to financial services client system integrations operations or client support experience.

Salary Range

$63000.00 - $108000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
