Job Description
North Jersey Manhattan Yonkers
What you will do -
As an Associate Field Service Representative you will perform independent and/or supervised on-site installations preventive maintenance and repair of our Mako Robot. The Mako Robot is a highly complex robotics medical equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and providing both phone and on-site customer support. Also verifying and approving the operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment.
- Exercise sound judgment and decision making within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods/techniques for obtaining solutions
- Independently manage work calendar and travel schedule
- Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.
- Achieve and maintain a high level of performance allowing Stryker to meet and exceed the companys financial goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Sr. Level Field Service Representatives and Sales
- Manage and control field inventory tools test equipment technical documentation and other assigned equipment
- Prepare and submit applicable field service documentation in a complete accurate and timely manner. This includes but is not limited to field service reports expense reports and service checklists
- Other duties may include but are not limited to travel and assist in other Field Service team members territories instructing/training customers on technical operation and maintenance of equipment software and hardware upgrades/updates installation and maintenance of equipment at conventions road shows and cadaver labs or seminars as required
What you need
Required -
- 3 years of experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred -
- Associates or Bachelors
- Previous experience as a technical field service professional or in a relevant capacity is
$28.01 $50.38 per hour plus bonus eligible minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
