What youll do:
As an AI Senior Developer in the Sales Cloud team the primary responsibility will be to develop product features within the Sales portfolio integrating AI-driven solutions and helping the team deliver services on the cloud-native stack on a continuous basis.
You will work with a highly motivated and talented set of colleagues. You will:
Be a motivated self-starter who can operate with minimal handholding.
Translate business requirements into scalable and performant technical solutions.
Design code test and assure the quality of complex AI-powered product features within our Customer Experience & Sales portfolio.
Contribute to the integration of AI-powered capabilities into SAP CX solutions using SAP AI Core and LLMs.
Build intelligent adaptive services using generative AI to enhance service workflows and customer interactions.
Collaborate across teams and time zones demonstrating flexibility and accountability
What you bring
49 years of software engineering experience with significant exposure to building products on the cloud-native stack.
Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals.
Proficiency in Python/Java; Spring Boot experience preferred.
Familiarity with JavaScript; experience with Angular or ABAP is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven track record of writing production-grade code for enterprise-scale systems.
Experience with SQL databases; knowledge of NoSQL and event streaming (e.g. Kafka) is a bonus.
Experience working with LLMs and generative AI frameworks (e.g. OpenAI Hugging Face etc.).
Demonstrated ability to build or integrate AI-driven features into enterprise applications.
Experience with SAP software (e.g. SAP S/4HANA SAP Business Technology Platform) is an asset.
Knowledge of Agentic AI and frameworks
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Experience using tools like JIRA for tracking tasks and bugs.
