We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical R&D Manager (f/m/d) to join our innovative team. In this role you will lead research and development initiatives driving technical advancements in the textile industry. What you can expect:

• Raw Material Price Optimization:Consolidate cross-check and benchmark prices.
• Price Negotiations:Execute negotiations with strategic Tier-2 vendors based on production order quantities ensuring alignment with TPD and Creative stakeholders.
• Raw Material Consumption Optimization:Collaborate with PD MEX and QPM to optimize consumption.
• Innovation and Competency:Partner with Creative R&D teams to integrate innovation and competency into the vendor rating system.
• Support Tier-2 Sourcing Strategy:Work collaboratively with Business Owners Business Leads and Creative R&D teams.
• Streamline Vendor Base:Focus on high-performing strategic partners to enhance vendor setup with Creative R&D teams.

Your profile:

• Experience:3-5 years of professional experience in a similar field demonstrating expertise in technical R&D management.
• Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration with a focus on textiles or a comparable field.
• Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of textile industry trends innovations and technical processes.
• Analytical Skills:Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive R&D initiatives.
• Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Language Proficiency:Strong command of English both spoken and written to effectively collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
